The challenge
SolarZero had experienced rapid growth in recent years and wanted assurance and an independent organisational assessment of their security posture. They had conducted security reviews in the past but were looking for a strategic partner who could join them on their security journey rather than something transactional in nature.

Within 6 business days from the first introductory call, AMARU had started on their security review. They commenced with a Google review which uncovered improvements to the SolarZero configurations.
A critical item which could have impacted the business was raised immediately, highlighting AMARU’s collaborative working style. SolarZero appreciated the prompt feedback, allowing them to remediate the item quickly instead of discovering it in the end report. An organisational security review followed. AMARU used a proprietary software ‘Swise.ai’ to make the process simple with minimal disruption to the business.
The outcome
SolaZero were happy with the way the security reviews were conducted and the reporting and workshopping of the end results. They now have a good understanding of their issues which they can use as a foundation for a security and compliance programme.
