[Case Study] Spectrum Foundation

We’re excited to announce that Spectrum Group is partnering with AMARU for their AMARU Sentry – automated cybersecurity operations and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) service.

Comprised of philanthropic funder Spectrum Foundation, disability support provider Spectrum Care, and community housing provider Homes of Choice, Spectrum Group has been on a journey to take their cybersecurity beyond the basics.

AMARU Sentry delivers proactive cybersecurity monitoring and response for the digital environment of the organisation. Built on Google SecOps infrastructure and leveraging Mandiant Threat Intelligence, AMARU Sentry cuts through the noise, turning overwhelming volumes of alerts into clear, actionable insights.

“Advanced tools are game-changing for managing the cybersecurity threat landscape across the Group’s environment,” says Spectrum Group’s (Name redacted, provided upon request). “IT teams can’t keep up with all the threats out there, and there just isn’t enough time to keep on top of manually reviewing system logs and alerts. There’s no point reinventing the wheel, and therefore, we’d rather leverage the skills, experience, knowledge, and tools that AMARU have.

“We’re significantly enhancing the visibility of what is happening in our environment across all platforms, without any additional human capital, and that’s invaluable for us to keep the people we support and our staff safe.”
